*We are not responsible for the content of other websites on the internet and advise that children are closely monitored on their safe use of the internet at home.

If you have any concerns about your childs use of the intenet or e-safety in general then please use the link below for advice.

This is a picture of WALT (We are learning to…)
He is our wizard and tells the children what they are learning in every subject throughout the day.

Each week your child will bring their book bag home containing some homework.

In their book bag they will have:

ORT reading book

In school we use the Oxford Reading Tree scheme.

The children take one book home each week. Book bags should be brought into school everyday. The teacher will hear the children read and the book bag should return home.

Please make sure that all letters or pictures are removed from the book bag so that the reading book can be easily found.

Books are checked when they are returned to school. Please make sure you take good care of the books and they are returned in good condition.

Spelling book

Every Friday your child will bring home their spellings for that week. Please practise these at home the children will have a spelling test the following week and write the spellings in the red spelling book.

Blue phonics book

These are words which can be sounded out to read and spell.

Please read and spell the words in this book.

Things to remember:

Bring your book bag everyday.

Read with your child everyday.

Parents Meetings

We have a parents meeting each Monday at 9am.

It is very important that you try to attend every Monday so you can find out what we are learning each week and help your child at home.
